We are seeking a talented and innovative Design & Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating visually appealing and strategically effective designs for various media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative flair, a keen eye for aesthetics and details, and be proficient in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create and design various materials for digital and print, including websites, brochures, advertising, and social media content.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Brand Development:
- Develop and reinforce brand identity through consistent visual elements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that designs align with brand messaging and business goals.
- Creative Strategy:
- Understand project requirements and concepts to provide creative ideas and suggestions.
- Pitch creative concepts to clients or internal teams.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
- A strong eye for visual composition, typography, and color.
Preferred Skills:
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
